Something to note; consistency on immovable unresponsive dummies is pointless. In any area past factions there will be enchantment and hex removal all over in areas where hero efficiency matters. The primary benefit to SF isn't the damage, it is that burning is applied without a need for the hex. SF heroes will last a battle without enchants or hex application. Discordway will be superior in HM regardless. But in NM SF nukers are faster.

Eew, mesmer/eles wont get as great of dmg as a reg SF hero..
Use 12+1+1 fire and 13 energy storage

My choice setup for general AoE dmg. combines well with a RoJ smiter. which is better than your mes smiter.
12+1+1 smiting and 10+1 divine favor and 8 inspiration
[Ray of Judgment][Reversal of Damage][Smite Hex][Smite Condition][Power Drain][Leech Signet][Smiter's Boon][Resurrection Chant]

I just don't see all that much mass enchant stripping in HM areas, but applying your own logic, when enchants are stripped, SF eles run out of energy much faster than the lava/flare, and once a SF hero is energy depleted, it's totally dead weight until GOLE recharges, unlike the lava/flare spammer. Do you or anyone know the Armor levels in HM for casters, mid and melee? If they are significantly above 100 across the board, I agree with you about discord, but if at 100 or below, the lava/flare is as good if not better due to aoe.

Your argument is flawed in one MAJOR way. Ur build outdamages the SF against MoD. However the second you are doing damage to more then one person SF rips your build up. If on the other hand you are looking for single target damage then bring something that does 50 dps etc (assassin etc).
One last thing, the reason discordway is so good is not the damage it does as such. Its rather the fact that you pick a target, hex and condition it, 3 or 6 * discord. 2 seconds later that same damage again and the target is dead. With minions, and hexes flying around there is more damage, and as the battle goes, its target called, target dead. Target called target dead.
Your build has relatively low damage, and low pressure. In HM any mob with a monk will simply "laugh" at your build as you pop out 3 burnings and a measly 30ish damage to 3 people. With the insane energy regen inherant in HM, ull do nothing. Oh, and if you want to replace a discord necro with this... please think again.

Point A - comparing 3x Me/E or Me+Mo+N to Discord is an exercise in failure. Discord has almost countless advantages over the Mez build, including healing, minions, minion bombing, damage mitigation, etc
